New washer for vertical blades will help sawblade manufacturers to improve quality and keep blades and working environments clean.

The ALO 110 Multi band washer became a success and obviously filled a need by the band saw manufactures as ground there tooth profile!
The 110 washers are not just a on line washer, it both clean- de burr- rust protect and dry the bands inline with the tooting process.
Band saws have clearly shown a improved quality after introducing washing to the tooting line.
We are now completing the washing family with basically the same kind on line washer for milled teeth!
When a milling machine often handle more bands than a grinder it was necessary to divide the bands in to two lines through the washer.
Teeth will be cleaned with some de-burring effect by high pressure oscillating turbo nozzles as spraying the bands from the tooth tip side.
After high pressure cleaning the bands get a layer of rust protection and then dried to perfection before exiting out of the washer system.
Using hot water under high pressure makes it possible to stay away from any chemicals in the water.
Water is constantly passed through both magnetic and paper filters to stay clean for long time.
