The ALO vision system is a new product not to be mixed up with ALO 185 automatic set gauge. The vision systems main purpose are to make sure that your setting machine always feed in the correct gullet.
|
|
With help of this system you can now make sure that every index in your ALO setter are made in the correct gullet. Specially with VIP patters this is of high importance. This system will when it is set up take a reference of the correct gullet and compair every index against this reference.
As soon as any difference exceeds your tolerances the setting machine will be automatically stopped.
